It depends on the role you choose. There are three role levels: Promoters, Advisors, and Licensed Agents. Promoters and Advisors who connect clients with us do not need a license. Licensed Agents, however, must operate in accordance with local regulations and hold a valid real estate license under the laws of Montenegro. We will explain all options and legal requirements in detail during our introductory meeting.

No. While the partnership is active, clients you introduce through this collaboration will be represented exclusively through our agency. In this way, you help us build and grow our brand globally, which is why your commission is designed to be both fair and substantial.
There is a pre-agreed commission structure for every completed sale. It is paid from the portion received by our agency. It depends on the size of the deal and the level of your involvement, but it is always fully transparent, documented, and paid upon closing. The following roles are eligible for commission: Promoters, Advisors, Licensed Agents, and Recruiters. We pay your commission within three days of receiving funds into our agency’s account. Your right to commission remains permanently recorded for the client you introduced, regardless of when the transaction is ultimately concluded.
Depending on your role within our agency, either you or our team will. If we take over, our advisory team handles communication, organizes property viewings, coordinates with partner agencies, and manages the transaction through legal due diligence and closing. You remain informed throughout the entire process. As stated, your right to commission remains permanently recorded for the client you introduced, regardless of when the transaction is concluded.
Yes. We sign a cooperation agreement before any clients are introduced. It defines your role, rights, commission structure, and all operational details. When you bring in a client, that client signs an exclusivity form confirming that all real estate purchases in Montenegro will be carried out through us, which includes you and further guarantees your right to commission.
Yes. Once you join the partnership, you will receive access to carefully selected properties, visuals, and descriptions that you can safely share with your clients.
It depends on your role. Advisors and Promoters can work remotely from anywhere in the world by introducing clients and remaining involved through our team. Licensed Agents, however, must operate in Montenegro in accordance with local regulations governing real estate transactions. We will explain all options in detail during the introductory meeting.
Usually, a single virtual call and a simple agreement are enough. You can begin working immediately afterward. Working hours are flexible, and responsibilities depend on the role you hold.
There are no joining fees, setup costs, or hidden charges. You earn only when a deal is closed.
There is a dashboard where you can track updates. In addition, you will receive direct updates from our team at every stage: when the client has been contacted, when a viewing is confirmed, when an offer is made, and when the deal is closed. Every step is documented and shared with you for full transparency, and you will have access to the ongoing communication with your client at all times.

Your role, rights, and responsibilities are defined by contract, your clients are protected, and every transaction is handled within a licensed system with full legal support and due diligence.
